It's not easy choosing a new career, whatever the circumstances.
Counselors feel the weight of that responsibility. Clients are
apprehensive and worried. Fortunately, we provide the tools and
information needed to make the right decisions.
Vocational Exploration, Job Seeking Skill Training, Transferable Skills Analysis and Career Assessment. Based on a variety of occupational databases. Career A.I. and WebTSA are on-line systems, which make it easy and
quick to explore alternative occupations, learn basic and advanced job
seeking skills and complete a comprehensive Transferable Skills
Analysis using U.S. data. There is nothing to install. It's completely
secure, fast and affordable.
Getting That Job
Everyone changes careers at some time or another. Some have counselors,
some go it alone. In either case, reliable information is key to
finding the right job for the right person, or the right job for me.
Counselors need to know: What is your client interested in?
What skills do they have? Do they have "job seeking skills?" Do they
have any physical or educational limitations? Will these impact their
opportunities?
Job Seekers need the same information and you'll
need to explore. You'll need to know what is available and where. What
does it pay? Do I have the skills to get that job? How much training is
involved?
Once you have the answers to these questions, placement is just a matter of time. It's my job to assist you and to provide the tools so that you may find those answers and have a successful job search or career change.
